 I started with 3 months of a discount realtor , had 7 showing in that time . Felt the realtor was not doing much to do his job , decided to change realtors. Had heard about Rick through friends . Within a week I had professional photos , video and launch  on social media .  Posted up the price by 5 thousand on Ricks advice . In the first 8 days had 9 showings and after multiple offers ,was sold for full  price. Simply is a great realtor . I was trying to save by using a discount realtor . Would not use anyone else , Rick was a class act - actually changed my attitude about realtors.

We had interviews with a number of realtors, but it was obvious to us immediately that Rick had a very professional and structured approach. We also noticed he listened intently to our wishes. Rick showed very early on in our sales cycle that he was willing to do whatever it took to give us top notch service and he did.
