 I started with 3 months of a discount realtor , had 7 showing in that time . Felt the realtor was not doing much to do his job , decided to change realtors. Had heard about Rick through friends . Within a week I had professional photos , video and launch  on social media .  Posted up the price by 5 thousand on Ricks advice . In the first 8 days had 9 showings and after multiple offers ,was sold for full  price. Simply is a great realtor . I was trying to save by using a discount realtor . Would not use anyone else , Rick was a class act - actually changed my attitude about realtors.
